Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans, identify market trends, and analyze competitor behaviour to find growth opportunities.
Create, manage, and oversee online (Social, Media, Email)and offline( Events, Print Media) marketing campaigns.
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads; conduct sales presentations; negotiate contracts; and close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, handle complaints, and gather feedback.
Track sales and marketing metrics, monitor campaign effectiveness, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Key Activities
Conduct market research and customer needs analysis.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources.
Coordinate with product, sales, and operations teams for alignment.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events
