Responsibilities & Context:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly and professional attitude
Understand customer needs and recommend the right products (TV, Refrigerator, AC, Washing Machine, Home Appliances)
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets assigned by the branch
Maintain product display, stock awareness, and showroom cleanliness standards
Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to delivery
Communicate product features, benefits, tech specs, EMI offers, and promotions
Support branch-level activities, lead follow-ups, and sales documentation
Handle basic after-sales coordination and customer service-related queries
Maintain compliance with company SOP, grooming standards, and daily reporting

Festival Bonus: 75% of Gross Salary (Pro Rata Basis)
