• Proven experience of 5+ years in managing field or direct sales, preferably in the ISP, Telecom or FMCG sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Must have the ability to lead a team of 15 to 20 people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools and generating detailed sales targets.
• Strong Leader ship capabilities to manage the sales Team & Coordinate with the Transmission Team.

• Lead, supervise, and monitor performance of field sales agents.

• Set district-wise sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.

• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents.

• Design and implement incentive programs to drive agent performance and motivation.

• Develop and maintain robust sales tracking systems; generate regular performance and progress reports.

• Collaborate with internal departments (NOC, Fiber, and Finance) to ensure smooth coordination and operational efficiency.

• Work closely with the marketing and technical teams for campaign execution and service deployment.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic improvements.

• Troubleshoot daily operational bottlenecks and implement quick, effective resolutions.

• Maintain high levels of agent productivity and manage attrition.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and field operation standards.
