Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Plant Manager who is organized and will oversee all daily operations of the plant from Paper Bag production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
∎ Ensure compliance to all schedule for machines and facilities and assist in installation of all equipment.
∎ Develop efficiency that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity of Paper Bag production.
∎ Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order.
∎ Administer all financial functions of facility and prepare all required budgets and forecast same as per required budget.
∎ Ensure support to all manufacturing teams of Paper Bag production and manage efficient integration of work flow.
∎ Ensure optimal level company performance and administer employee workforce and assist to design all continuous improvement activities and maintain process control of Paper Bag production.
∎ Ensure adherence to all time frame and budget and assist to maintain all buildings and equipment's.Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
∎ Supervise and assist operation team to implement all business goals through appropriate manufacturing methodology of Paper Bag Industry.
∎ Maintain efficient quality of Paper Bag within required budget and prepare schedule.
∎ Analyze all customer metrics and recommend improvement to all SPAN.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and managerial attributes.
∎ Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology.
