Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make production plans on regular basis.
∎ Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly Capacity Planning.
∎ Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
∎ Candidate will maintain the declaration of Capacity utilization (open capacity/ overbooking) by analyzing the received orders in consultation & coordination with Marketing & Merchandising, IE, Production and other relevant departments of the company.
∎ Building relationship with Merchandising department & Production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only experienced candidate should apply.
∎ Self-starter & proactive
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Looking for smart, energetic, pro-active and career oriented candidate.
∎ Excellent communications skills both in written and spoken in English
