Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sales Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques on sale and rental of apartments and commercial spaces/units
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
∎ Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
∎ Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
∎ Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
∎ Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
∎ Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
∎ Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
∎ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques on sale and rental of apartments and commercial spaces/units
∎ Master's degree preferably in Marketing
∎ Some proven experience in the relevant role
∎ Proficiency in English
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office
∎ Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
∎ Fast learner and passion for sales
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
∎ Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ The salary range is also based on experience plus commission on sales/rental as per company policy.
