Job Context:
∎ Indoor Arts is one of the largest trading conglomerates in Bangladesh specially deal with interior and exterior building materials. Our prime concern is to deal with import, distributorship, dealer sales, wholesale and retails development project.
∎ Working experience in the field of building materials (Interior and Exterior) will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and execution of sales strategy considering the current market trend, consumer behavior, and annual business plan for the demarcated segment.
∎ Administer field sales force (TSM/SR) of assigned sales area in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement, analyzes team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance
∎ Identify and develop the potential market, dealer, distributor, depot, etc. based on assigned target.
∎ Identifies business opportunities by visiting customers regular basis; identify proactively the prospective segments of the sales options.
∎ Maintains consultative relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance and proposing our diversified product/services.
∎ Identifies the product needs improvements or new products by remaining focused on current industry trends, market activities and competitors.
∎ Meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution with extended standard skill, capability, and customer focus.
∎ Maintain strong liaison with all channel partners specially architects and architecture firms, building developers, authority of government and private infrastructure development etc.
∎ Preparing and maintaining regular marketing and sales reports and also monitor the total report of the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Able to conduct market research through identifying trends, customer segments and product development opportunities.
∎ Strong understanding of all digital platforms - Web Development, Facebook, Instagram, Paid Ads
∎ Able to plan and execute strategy and marketing projects from start to finish with an eye on achieving key metrics
∎ Riding skills of motorcycle and having motorcycle will get preference
∎ Able to guide and mentor a team of marketing professionals
∎ Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
∎ A good eye for aesthetically appealing content
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)

∎ Salary Review: Yearly.
