Responsibilities & Context:
  • Planning HR and administration activities.

  • Overseeing recruitment. Managing the payroll function.

  • Developing and ensuring compliance with organization policies and procedures.

  • Running employee relations programs and coordinating training facilities.

  • Overseeing the office management function.

  • Leading the HR department. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

  • Developing, implementing, and managing an organization’s compliance program.

  • Coordinating with internal and external auditors and dealing with issues raised by audit reports.

  • Ensuring that the company’s practices are in compliance with regulations and laws.

  • Creating and managing effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.

  • Conducting quarterly and annual reviews to monitor adherence to rules and regulations.

  • Developing compliance strategies or programs for the company based on state and federal laws.

  • Evaluating team members` knowledge of policies and educating them on work-related laws and regulations.

  • Improving areas of the business to ensure all departments meet state or federal requirements.

  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.

  • Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.

  • Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.

  • Managing schedules and deadlines.

  • Monitoring inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

  • Monitoring costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.

  • Overseeing facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians).

  • Ensuring operations adhere to policies and regulations.

  • Keeping abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
