Additional Requirements
Minimum 6 -12 years of experience in software sales is mandatory.
Experience in ERP, HRMS, Mobile Apps, Website, Digital Marketing, SEO, Ecommerce or enterprise software solutions.
Proven experience in software sales / IT-enabled product sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skill and corporate dealings.
Ability to Team work and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of proposal writing and documentation for large-scale IT projects
Strong professional network in corporate and government sectors
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Familiarity with e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) system
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a smart, self-motivated, and target-driven Assistant Manager / Manager– Business Development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in software sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while maintaining long-term client relationships.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Handle corporate and government clients, including ministries, agencies, and large enterprises.
Provide top Management monthly/ Quarterly/ Annually sale Target & Business Development Plan.
Identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and propose customized software solutions.
Navigate the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Prepare and submit tender documents (EOI, RFP, RFQ, etc.) in compliance with requirements
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in software solutions and IT-enabled services
Generate leads through research, networking, and industry connections
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide exceptional after-sales support, fostering long-term client relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting the top management.
Follow up on bids, proposals, and client communications effectively.
