Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for internal Audit and function of factory office and related of the Group.
∎ Monitoring & checking of all types of expenditures
∎ Ensure and conduct monthly internal Compliance checking and prepare reports with action plans for Audit remediation.
∎ Evaluation and ensuring proper internal control system in all areas.
∎ Preparing monthly internal audit plan while covering maximum risk areas.
∎ Communicate with the Head of Audit regarding audit issues & planning.
∎ Submit the internal audit report with a management response to the Board of Directors
∎ Make regular visits to the Factory and Projects
∎ Monitor the internal control & compliance procedure with Company rules and regulations on financial transactions and administrative activities.
∎ Physical stock verification and prepare a report thereon.
∎ Identify all aspects of control systems on which it intends to rely and develop a review cycle;
∎ Evaluate those systems, identify inappropriate and inadequate controls and recommend improvements in procedures and practices
