Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Agriculture/ Diploma in Agriculture (preferred) with 05 year development-related field experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete supervision of the entire project.
∎ To develop plans and develop schedules.
∎ Having to Planning & Budgeting of the Farm
∎ Ensure gardeners with technical backstopping/solutions at Demo centered involving technical personnel of DAE.
∎ Assist to ensure inputs and incentives among the gardeners.
∎ Experience in project implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing useful.
∎ Experience in field monitoring, targeting and selection of vulnerable population
∎ Reporting and accounting experience needed
∎ Good in communication, interpersonal skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.
∎ Experience working in the field environment and able to use a computer (word for windows, excel software) and email is essential.
∎ Good time management and organizational skills
∎ Good analytical skill
∎ Creativity and innovation
∎ Practical experience in agro project through agricultural interventions.
