Experience:

• 10 to 12 years

• BSc in Electric / Electronics / EEE from any reputed university

• 10 to 12 years

• Age At most 45 years

• 10+ years of experience or Diploma in Electric/Electronics including 12+ years of experience in operation & maintenance in electrical department.

• The candidate should have capacity for trouble shooting of any electrical issues and problem-solving capacity of the factory.

• Knowledge of internet, e-mailing (outlook), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Auto Cad.

• Plan, schedule, execute & follow up on monthly maintenance while ensuring work completion as planned.

• Attend electrical breakdown and trouble-shooting works of all production & utility machineries to minimize production loss.

• Provide support to departments through effective review processes, plan, organize, coordinate and execute all maintenance activities ( both scheduled and unscheduled)

• Arrange to conduct internal training and development process for employees for smooth and efficient operations of the department.

• Supervise ongoing operation of Power & Energy Division (REB, Diesel Generator, Solar, industrial UPS etc.)

• Regularly review all working practices, procedures & equipment to ensure that they are most efficient & effective.

• Oversee sourcing of spare parts, expense, billing & other relevant tasks.

• Strictly abide by the compliance standard stipulated by the management from time-to-time

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
