∎ Age 26 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Play a pivotal role in integrating sustainability practices into ARL, driving environmental responsibility, and fostering a culture of social and ethical consciousness.
∎ Drive and implement operational excellence initiatives to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall organizational performance within Akij Resources.
∎ Mange work orders, including both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
∎ Coordinate with the store to collect spare parts to ensure for timely repairs.Assign skilled personnel to ensure task completion.
∎ Maintain Health Check Sheets as per SOP for ensuring accurate documentation of machine conditions.
∎ Maintain detailed records and documentation for all maintenance activities.
∎ Participate in troubleshooting work to identify the root causes of breakdowns.
∎ Check spare parts stock & its quality to ensure the reliability of components.
∎ Lead the team, train subordinates and performance evaluations.
∎ Execute, and supervise projects, including upgrades and installations.
∎ Achieve maintenance spare costs within the department budget.
∎ Ensure to minimize maintenance breakdown target as per plan.
