∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the proper development and on-time delivery of lab dips requested by the buyer.
∎ Guide and train the personnel in the correct recipe combination.
∎ Ensure that all recipes are confirmed according to actual fabric before releasing to bulk production.
∎ Ensure those recipes are at a competitive cost by conducting costing and review.
∎ Ensure that chemicals, dyes, and auxiliaries are tested and passed before issuance for bulk consumption.
∎ Provide necessary training manpower in the proper use of sophisticated lab machines.
∎ Review the results of the fastness test for; cross staining, washing, water, rubbing, Light fastness, and perspiration and ensure the accuracy of the result by guiding the personnel to the proper procedure of testing the materials.
∎ Guide and train the personnel in the proper physical test of all the fabric which conforms to the required procedure by individual customers.
∎ Ensure that all required performance standards of all the orders are received and confirmed before the start of production.
∎ Ensure that the test conducted is recorded for review and summary reporting.
∎ Provide accurate & reliable test results to all concerned departments on time.
∎ Review all the physical test reports and advise the production department to process them if any batches fail.
∎ Communicate with buyers regarding troubleshooting of technical points of the products.
∎ Monitoring washing & ETP for smooth operations.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - Lab for the Fabrics & Washing Department in the Sweater Factory.
∎ Job Location will be Gacha, Chayadana, Gazipur.
