∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Erp software, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounting (ERP) Software:
∎ Assist to develop the ERP Software planning, operation and follow up.
∎ Customizing and configuring workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications (interface).
∎ Communicate with developers to ensure functional requirements can be met technically & within specific timelines.
∎ Analyze the requirements of end users, test and integrate applications.
∎ Supervising & coordinating the other staffs operation on ERP software.
∎ Website Development:
∎ Adequate knowledge to maintain dynamic and static and E-commerce website.
∎ Maintaining the website dashboard, webmail and C-panel.
∎ Attendance Machine and CCTV Camera:
∎ Experience of handling & Troubling Shooting of IP Camera, CCTV, Finger Attendance & Access control Devices.
∎ Maintaining, supervising & coordinating the other staff operation on access control machine.
∎ Daily and Monthly attendance reports generate using of software.
∎ Intercom system (PABX): Basic understanding of PABX switching and programming.
∎ Installation or setup (IT Equipment):
∎ Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop and other IT devices (Printer, Scanner, Switch, Router etc.) to the end users.
∎ Provide technical support for all workshop, meeting and events (as and when needed).
∎ Installing and configure computer hardware, software, system, printer and scanner.
∎ Provide support to all POSH head office and Factories employees with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
∎ Have good knowledge on Windows 7, 10 and Linux OS.
∎ Should have a strong knowledge on Wi-Fi network.
∎ Preparing and maintaining IT inventory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant field.
∎ Experienced candidates on ERP software will be get preference.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ After 6 months probation period salary will be reviewed as per organization policy.
