Responsibilities & Context:
Context:
The Assistant Manager, of Internal Audit will be responsible for overseeing and conducting internal audits related to production processes, cost analysis, and operational efficiency. This role requires a detailed understanding of production profit and loss, costing sheets, and verification processes, as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting on production profit & Loss with the actual reason for production loss.
Costing Sheet & PI Verification.
Reporting breakeven report on production.
Reporting Style wise Cost of Making (CM) earnings & loss. Reporting online cost analysis.
Reporting on order forecasting report.
Reporting monthly vehicle consumption analysis. Reporting on audit findings & observations.
Line-wise capacity studied verification.
Production incentive verification.
Reporting on overconsumption of material with reason & corrective action. Daily Day book checking.
Meeting with various suppliers regarding price negotiation, service & quality issues.
Meeting with the internal department regarding various operational issues.
Departmental meeting regarding stuck point, market price, CS & various audit findings & company development work purpose.
Guideline & monitoring of subordinates regarding regular audit activities.
Providing regular basis training to subordinates for getting better output.
Monitoring salary sheet checking with proper justification. Conducted monthly physical inventory.
Monitoring overall audit activities as per company policy. Any other job as and when assigned by the Management
