∎ M.Sc in Zoology/Botany/Biochemistry/Chemistry/Applied Chemistry with MBA from any UGC recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Animal Health sector, Institutional Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, preparing & implementing annual budget for medicine & hygiene products of Animal Health institutional sales business.
∎ Maintaining relationship with key persons of key accounts.
∎ Conducting technical and promotional meeting with key accounts.
∎ Ensuring monthly and annual sales target.
∎ Ensuring credit recovery within approved days limit.
∎ Regular monitoring, guiding, supporting and coaching of assign sales team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal expression.
∎ Leadership capability
∎ Monitoring team or group activities.
∎ Active listening skill.
∎ Negotiation skill.
∎ Very good communication both in English and Bangla.
