Educational Requirements:
∎ Business graduate
∎ B.Sc in IE from any reputed universities will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IE, Ie and planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and arrange required machine at least two days before the lay out.
∎ Arrange in-house folder and attachment well in advance based on production scheduling.
∎ Make line lay out and line balancing discussion with PM/APM production.
∎ Arrange pre-production meeting for new lay out
∎ Monitoring production sheets in hourly basis.
∎ Preparing and updating size-set status as per production plan.
∎ Following up commando operator's efficiency and incentive regularly.
∎ Identify unskilled/semi skill operator and follow up their performance.
∎ Ensure proper line feeding (cutting follow up)
∎ Attend low efficiency issues and bottleneck area to resolve timely.
∎ Monitoring production regularly and conduct meeting with relevant (formatted)
∎ Operators recruitment monitoring based on skill matrix and set standards.
∎ Conduct method study and educate to follow best method to operators.
∎ Monitor and follow up work study officer's activity in regular basis.
∎ Ensure daily functional activities of the department by giving proper support and any other tasks as assigned by superior.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
∎ Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years' of working experience in relevant field specially in woven bottom
∎ Product experience of the US and EU based buyers and their production process will be preferred.
∎ Good communication skills is must.
∎ Capable to lead production team and to meet deadlines.
∎ Extremely results driven, striving for the optimum balance between quality and output.
∎ Must be proficient in computer, email, and production software.
Salary: Negotiable
