Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer Science
∎ Or A+ Certified

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hardware and Software Troubleshooting

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hardware (Laptop, TAB and Printer) and Software troubleshooting.
∎ Setup and repair operating system and support to core-business related customized application
∎ Internet and mobile data network
∎ Capability to provide training on core-business and IT related software (such as Microsoft Office)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Knowledge in email, mobile, TAB and network configuration.
∎ Knowledge in database, web-development, web-surfing, customized application, mobile application etc.
∎ Candidate must have proven track record of troubleshooting trough guiding non-IT person.
∎ Experience in independently able to handle.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ The position is Region Office based, but requires frequent visits to the branches which are situated all over the country.
∎ Ability to ride motor-bike.
∎ Self-initiated energetic, leadership quality and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Highly organized and able to multi-task.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
