Responsibilities & Context:

  • Manage employee engagement and continuously improve HR systems

  • Oversee performance management (KPI) and define relevant KPIs

  • Maintain resource archive and employee databases (project & personal)

  • Coordinate succession planning and recruitment processes
    Manage end-to-end onboarding (job posting, interviews, evaluation, LOI, RRF, workstation setup, orientation, benefits, etc.)

  • Foster a strong reward & recognition culture

  • Ensure organization and employer branding initiatives

  • Handle payroll and HR reports

  • Support diversity & inclusion and Learning & Development (L&D) initiative

  • Lead talent acquisition, especially technical recruitment

  • Maintain Code of Conduct (COC) and develop HR policies

  • Drive collaboration and strong internal relationships

  • Manage organogram and salary benchmarking

  • Oversee administrative and employee welfare activities
