Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in Management /HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining human resources staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
∎ Supervise and maintain all the work of HR and Admin department.
∎ Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions, updating organogram in every three months, maintaining opt chart, maintaining the employee database file.
∎ Conducting different surveys time to time, Such as workload survey, Skill analysis survey, Leadership survey, Work environment survey, Job satisfaction survey, Remuneration survey, Work life balance survey etc.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly departmental functional reports
∎ Work in payroll- preparing salary sheet, approval of salary sheet and salary disbursement.
∎ Conducting TNA and arrange training & counselling as per TNA.
∎ Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
∎ Conducting investigations on different issues; maintains records and create examples.
∎ Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Contributing towards team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Achieving financial objectives by anticipating requirements; preparing HR budget preparation; schedules expenditures; monitors costs; analyses variances. .
∎ Purchasing and ensuring the printed materials, equipment’s, and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
∎ Act as secretary of Operation Committee meeting.
∎ Maintaining external relation to respective correspondents.
∎ All other HR & Admin related matters from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 04 years of relevant experience
∎ Candidates, working in power plant will be given preference
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable
