∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 07 years of experience on power plant for the department of Electrical Maintenance

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Lead advanced fault identification and rectification for complex systems (e.g., engines, transformers, STG control systems like PLC, SCADA).
∎ Scheduled Maintenance: Ensure that equipment maintenance schedules are followed as per OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines and plant standards.
∎ Root Cause Analysis: Lead failure investigations and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
∎ Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed project reports, compliance with safety regulations, and ensure completion of technical documentation for new installations or upgrades.
∎ Emergency Response: Lead the emergency response team and implement action plans in case of a power outage, system failure, or other emergency situations.
∎ Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources (such as SCADA, vibration, Temperature analysis and other monitoring systems) to track performance trends and identify potential issues before escalating.
∎ Inter-departmental Communication: Collaborate with departments like procurement, HSE, and planning to ensure alignment with plant goals.
∎ Coordination with Vendors: Interface with equipment suppliers and contractors to ensure procurement, installation, and commissioning of equipment.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
