Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
∎ Skills Required: Computer Proficiency, Microsoft Office Applications

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, General Administration, Labour Welfare, Performance Management System, Recruitment & Selection, Training and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Recruitment & Selection procedure of factory.
∎ Manpower Planning & Manpower Budgeting.
∎ Responsible for review of complaints, Framing Charge-sheet, Explanation Letters, Formation of Board of Enquiry, Review investigation reports, and proposing actions as per Staff Rules & Regulations.
∎ Consolidate and prepare regular headcount for management review.
∎ Ensure probation evaluation, mid-year performance review, and year-end performance appraisal are completed properly and records are maintained in personal file.
∎ Collect and Maintain regulatory documents relating to HR and social responsibility etc.
∎ Human Resource Internal Audit conduct (Personal File).
∎ Check & Monitor all personal Staffs & Settlement files register separately in the factory.
∎ Orientation for new employees in the factory.
∎ Organize a Midlevel management Training Program.
∎ Responsible for non-discrimination (no person shall be subject to any discrimination in employment, including hiring, salary, benefits, advancements, discipline, termination, or retirement, on the basis of gender race religion age disability nationality, or social or ethnic origin).
∎ Supervise overall compliance issues of the factory.
∎ Utilize labor management tools, including effective scheduling, to maximize productivity.
∎ Develop, practice, monitor, and evaluate HR manual/policy in the organization.
∎ Develop key performance indicators and goal setting of the different level employees with their supervisor and conduct appraisal process.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from senior time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 37 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Group of Companies, Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing)

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
