Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and labor laws and regulations.
∎ Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting in the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
∎ Employee Relations: Managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
∎ Policy Implementation: Implementing HR policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating employee training programs, and facilitating career development.
∎ Performance Management: Assisting with performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback processes.
∎ Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
∎ Payroll and Compensation: Overseeing payroll processing and assisting with compensation-related matters.
∎ Administrative Tasks: Handling administrative functions like office maintenance, supplies, and vendor management.
∎ Employee Records: Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
∎ HR Reporting: Generating HR-related reports and analytics for management.
∎ Safety and Security: Ensuring workplace safety and security protocols are in place and followed.
∎ Employee Engagement: Promoting employee engagement initiatives and organizing team-building activities.
∎ Communication: Communicating HR policies and changes to employees and management.
∎ Supporting HR Manager: Assisting the HR Manager in various tasks and projects as needed.
∎ Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities.
∎ Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, buildings, etc.
∎ Purchasing, Implementation, and operations of Security and Surveillance.
∎ Specialization in handling back-office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mail, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
∎ Adept at managing administrative activities involving the purchase of types of equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security, employee induction etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in HR is crucial, typically ranging from 3 to 5 years or more. Experience in HR management, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance is valuable.
∎ Strong administrative and organizational skills are essential. The candidate should be able to manage office operations efficiently.
∎ Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is important to ensure the organization operates within legal boundaries.
∎ As an Assistant Manager, the candidate should be able to lead and mentor HR and administrative staff.
∎ The candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them efficiently.
∎ High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are essential in HR and admin roles.
∎ Experience or skills in project management can be advantageous, especially for handling HR initiatives and programs.
