Sales Marketing
Job Context:
∎ Highly encouraged Sales & Marketing background person. Especially from Electronics, Product Development, Brand Promoter, Electronics & Home Appliance Products items industry. Must be creative thinker, Hard worker & able to meet the sales & Marketing targets for company development.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Electronics and Home Appliance market.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Create and follow up Distributor and retailer.
∎ Frequently market visit.
∎ Day to day monitoring of sales & collection in order to achieve monthly targets.
∎ To manage and monitor sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for the Sales team's activities.
∎ Vast knowledge needed with the Home Appliance Products (Gas Stove, Electric Kettle, Micro Wave Oven, Rice Cooker, Blender, Electric Iron, Room Heater etc.)
∎ Generating regular performance, market and client reports.
∎ Submitting timely personnel performance and sales reports as required by Management.
∎ Keep close contact with the distribution department to ensure timely delivery of products.
∎ Ensuring proper after-sales support to clients through coordinating the company's service centers.
∎ Prepare and Submit daily, weekly, monthly and yearly report sales as well as marketing.
∎ Increasing sales in Relation with Distributer, Retailers.
∎ Hungry to Sale Home Appliance Products.
∎ Making sure that the product are delivered as programmed.
∎ Running Promotion of product.
∎ Any other assignment as deemed necessary by superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
∎ Positive attitude towards challenges.
∎ Strong customer service skills.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic and self-motivated.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge over MS Office.
∎ Having good communication skill.
