Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5–7 years of experience in poultry hatchery.
∎ Strong understanding of incubation, chick quality, hatchery biosecurity protocols.
∎ Effective leadership, communication and team management skills.
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure optimal incubation procedures are consistently followed to achieve maximum hatchability and chick quality.
∎ Maintain biosecurity protocols, and oversee thorough cleaning and disinfection of all hatchery areas to prevent disease outbreaks.
∎ Supervise the proper storage and handling of eggs in a clean, bio-secure environment from collection through setting and transfer.
∎ Ensure chicks are hatched under ideal conditions and processed with minimal stress, maintaining the highest standards of quality and welfare.
∎ Train hatchery staff regularly to improve performance, adherence to protocols, and understanding of hatchery operations.
∎ Lead and manage the hatchery team efficiently, oversee day-to-day operations, maintain records, and coordinate with relevant departments.
