Founded in 1986, People`s Oriented Program Implementation (POPI) is a growing Non-Government Organization (NGO) working across the country. POPI has been at the forefront of country`s social and economic endeavor since inception. Solora Step Footwear is a newly established promising footwear production unit of People’s Oriented Program Implementation (POPI), recognized for its superior craftsmanship and innovative footwear manufacturing approach.

Job Responsibilities

·        Develop and implement detailed production plans to meet company objectives.

·        Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity.

·        Set production targets and goals in line with the shipment dates. Monitor progress and take

·        corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.

·        Ensure that the production lines and machine layouts are optimized for efficiency & quality. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the footwear factory.

·        Supervise the assessment, training, and management of production personnel. Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development.

·        Implement and maintain quality control …

·        Sound knowledge about Export & Local market.

·        Knowledge about leather & Synthetic ladies, Gents & Kids shoe. also related machineries and new technology.

·        Prepare consumption and pattern for spec sheet and picture.

·        Technical support during production.

·        Reporting on section wise input & output, rework %, rejection %f and claim control against the predefined target.

·        Have good communication skill and deal with customer. 

·        Prepare SOP & make sure in production.
