Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in textile engineering will be given preference.
∎ Education qualification for highly experienced candidate may be relaxed for the position.

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily sit with finishing department through daily audit finding issue at finishing & workout to reduce DHU percentage. Review all finishing rejected garments & report to concerned QAD.
∎ Style analysis at the finishing for first bulk production & take relevant preventive action. Sorting is the vital role need regular monitor on PP line & directly focuses to reduce ultimate rejection through sewing to finishing.
∎ Follow up RQS & QMS. Check presence & absenteeism.
∎ Follow up measurement from trial cut/initial/to bulk & take action right away.
∎ Monitor compliance issue & ensure AQL of the company.
∎ Coordinate with buyer as well as factories on technical aspects of style.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge and practical experience on knit process.
∎ Capable of preparing weekly statistical QA representation.
∎ The candidate who work in outerwear garment will get preferred.
