Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Garments Production Management, preferred professional certification or equivalent;
∎ Educational qualifications might be relaxed if the candidate has extensive working experience in the relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and coordinate each and every aspect of the finishing & packaging section;
∎ Responsible for finishing including trimming, button attach, ironing & packaging of garments;
∎ Ensure production plan, quantity, quality & planned efficiency;
∎ Control and monitor costs and other overheads of the finishing department within the budgeted limit;
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development plans;
∎ Introducing and formulation of departmental SOP, revise, modify/updating the current one as necessary, communicating to users and to monitor its compliance;
∎ Ensure factory will not bear any cost in case of air shipment;
∎ Ensure that all finishing accessories are in housed on time;
∎ Ensure garments input to different lines according to planning;
∎ Ensure & follow up target wise production;
∎ Ensure on time hand over of garments from production output to the packing section;
∎ Ensure the achievement of cut to ship ratio at least 98%;
∎ Buyer wise order Re-cap follow up & achieved monthly shipment target as per planning;
∎ Ensure good Quality are packed for shipment;
∎ Instruct packing incharge for proper packing the garments to ship on time according to planning;
∎ Ensure and follow up packing condition and confirm the packing list for all buyers to ship the garments on time as per inspection schedule;
∎ Ensure the correct packing of garments inside the carton according to buyer's instruction;
∎ Arrange inspection with buying QC with schedule time;
∎ Ensure on time hand over of finished carton to store for shipment after successful inspection of garments;
∎ Lead compliance activities in production floor to maintain healthy & cordial working environment which meets all criteria of social standard;
∎ Ensure safety measures for our workforce;
∎ Maintain good industrial relation and take proper initiative towards worker retention and to reduce unauthorized absenteeism;
∎ Ensure training on roles & responsibilities of the subordinates and works, proper training on machine & equipment handling product safety.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ 12 - 18 years of experience in the relevant field.

Salary:
∎ Basic salary- 107,250 (BDT); House Rent- 42,900 (BDT); Conveyance- 4,950 (BDT); Medical Allowance- 9,900 (BDT)will be provided.
