Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Banking, Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor overall movement, calculation, correspondence etc. related to Loan obtained from different Banks & Financial Institutions.
∎ To liaison with the Financing Bank & Institutions time to time.
∎ To calculate & prepare the workings of income tax files and furnish the same to the Lawyer in time.
∎ To liaison with the concerned authorities to monitor and get all the licenses, certificates renewed in due time.
∎ To supervise the searching, negotiation, registration, documentation and mutation of land purchase related issues.
∎ To monitor the calculation of interest on loans with the sister concern of the Group.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having practical experience of working with loans & advances in any Bank ( Preferably in Agrani Bank, Janata Bank, Sonali Bank).
∎ Having computer knowledge on Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet etc.
∎ The selected candidate will have to stay at Chapi Nawabganj with/without family.
∎ Good communication skill.
Salary: Negotiable
