Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and posting all kinds of vouchers, Journal, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register
∎ Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party Payment Registers, and Employees Register. Preparation of software-based accounts.
∎ Preparing financial statements including Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow statements
∎ Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
∎ Keeping Record of Bill/invoices/challan to ensure accuracy
∎ Prepare Salary Sheet, Issue & Record Cash Memo
∎ Collect Bank Account Statement, necessary Certificates from Banks
∎ Preserve of different kinds of account related document
∎ Supervise routine VAT and Income Tax related activities and ensure proper regulatory compliance.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly, yearly financial Statements i.e., Balance sheet, P & L, Cash flow statements etc.
∎ Prepare and post all kind of vouchers, Journal, Journal adjustment, general ledger.
∎ scrutinize Accounts and Finance related issues considering IAS, IFRS, BFRS, Companies Act 1994, ITO, VAT act and other related rules and regulations.
∎ Maintain all office files and record and keeps update for project office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Package, especially MS Excel and Access.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
