∎ MBA in Accounting/Finance from a reputed public or private University of the country or abroad. Candidates having additional Post Graduation degrees in the field of Accounting will get preference.
∎ Professional Certifications preferred: CA(Partly qualified), CMA (Partly qualified)
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, advanced excel skill, ERP, Problem solving and analytical skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cost & Management Accounting, Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, Trial balance, Profit and Losses account
∎ Maintaining financial records such as accounting documents, tax records, payroll records, and other records related to the flow of money in an organization
∎ Receive and check financial documents from suppliers, customers and employees on regular basis
∎ Ensuring all records in the ERP system are up to date and accurate
∎ Ensuring optimum usage of funds
∎ Preparation of Monthly Reports & Reconciliations
∎ Tax Assessments & Returns
∎ Monitoring spending to ensure that company policies are being followed
∎ Preparing budgets and forecasting future financial needs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
