∎ BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Microsoft Office suite
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Adobe Photoshop Illusrator, Graphic Design

Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to lines, and create new concepts
∎ Ensure products are in agreement with business strategy
∎ Select fabrics and trims
∎ Create production sketches for development packages
∎ Collaborate with a technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Fashion Designer or similar role
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator
∎ Availability to travel for research and product development.
∎ Ability to do sketches by hand
∎ Excellent design and conceptual skills
∎ Relevant training and/or certifications as a Fashion Designer.
∎ Demonstrate a strong expertise in TOP and Bottom garments, with a special emphasis on Denim.
∎ Applicants with backgrounds from BUFT and BUTEX will receive preferential consideration.
∎ Excel in the intricate details of pricing for Knits, Denim, and woven materials, given the need to collaborate with cost-conscious buyers.
∎ Possess comprehensive knowledge of fabrics, including washing and printing processes.
∎ Exhibit proficient English speaking and written communication skills.
∎ Acquire proficiency in E-commerce marketing, with a focus on building a retail brand through activities such as product review management, online presence enhancement, coordinating photo sessions, selecting models, and arranging advertisements.
∎ Having new ideas to create Banners, Images, Promotions which will be displayed on the Website, Social Media and Email Marketing.
∎ Must have experience on training module preparation by Ispring Suite, Filmora and Camtasia
∎ Able to work under pressure & maintain good team environment.
∎ Highly spirited, organized & proactive.
∎ Efficient at Microsoft office package & any store related software.
