∎ DVM/B.Sc in Animal Husbandry from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the farm operation; such as: overall farm preparation, flock intake and hen-housed, brooding, growing, production, disease prevention and so on
∎ Maintain a healthy, disease free and safe environment for flock by ensuring strict adherence to bio-security standard of Kazi Farms
∎ Ensure overall productivity and liveability of flock in various types of farms operations
∎ Evaluate an effective strategy to supervise and control flock performance, and to look after flock health and flock uniformity
∎ Identify areas of problem and develop action plans to ensure workplace improvements having comprehensive risk plan in place to prevent any unforeseen challenge

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 - 4 years in farm operation
