Additional Requirements:
Must have an experience in Woven Bottom (Pant)
Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise overall quality control activities in the cutting section.
- Ensure fabric inspection and approval before cutting.
- Monitor cutting accuracy, including pattern, marker, and fabric utilization.
- Check shade, shrinkage, GSM, and fabric defects before bulk cutting.
- Maintain cutting reports, marker efficiency reports, and fabric consumption records.
- Lead and assign daily responsibilities to the cutting QC team.
- Coordinate with production, IE, and planning teams to resolve cutting-related quality issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cutting quality reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with buyer standards and company SOPs.
