∎ ACI Premio Plastics, which is one of the leading plastics manufacturers in Bangladesh. It is looking for a suitable job incumbent who will be responsible for organizing the safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods, and by ensuring that orders are fulfilled (carried out) correctly.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer all export of goods and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures and monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.
∎ Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required time-frame and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.
∎ Negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors, and are expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers.
∎ Ensure that shipments comply with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
∎ Negotiate with banks as per Finance guideline regarding repatriation and credit.
∎ Follow up with suppliers for shipment, payments etc.
∎ Arranges shipping details, such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing, shipping, and routing of product.
∎ Regular market visit to understand the real consumer insights and touchpoints
