Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in QA Chemical management, RAS (H&M), TR (Levi’s), AFIRM RSL, H&M PD, Inditex PD, etc. is preferred

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Focus on the company CIL update and ZDHC MRSL chemical management (During Chemical procurement, Storage, and usage management as per relevant brands' requirements),
∎ RAS Preparation and recipe review as per the H&M, Levi’s, and other brands' standards
∎ Ensure QA chemical testing for the D/S, Q/S, C/S & P/S (Development Sample, Quality Sample, Counter Sample & Bulk Production Sample),
∎ Prepare TRF for the different stages (Brand assortment, OPD, Seasons, etc.),
∎ Ensure product safety regulations as per CPSIA (Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act), REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals), ECHA as per Chemical Agents Directive (CAD), and the Carcinogens, Mutagens or Reprotoxic Substances Directive (CMRD),
∎ Ensure Screen chemistry guidelines and necessary communications with the suppliers and subcontractors.
∎ Ensure AFIRM RSL guidelines and brand-specific guidelines are updated to the SOPs accordingly.
∎ Ensure in-house Formaldehyde spot test requirements,
∎ Ensure CFW guidelines for dyeing, washing, and printing chemicals,
∎ Chemical data input for the brand's requirements & validation support,
∎ Data analysis & summary for the concerned responsible regarding chemical compliance,
∎ HIGG FEM self-assessment,
∎ H&M PD, Inditex, Levi’s, Kmart, Auchan, Benetton, etc., brand data manager,
∎ Ensure wastewater & air emissions quality (in-house & external lab analysis follow-up as per ZDHC, Detox & DoE guidelines)
∎ Logistic support for the legal requirements,
∎ Energy, water, chemicals & other resource-efficient management & work for the company alignment for the EU CSDDD & Paris agreement.
∎ Any task regarding dyeing, chemical management & audit requirements assigned by the management.
