Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO).
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for campaign improvement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize websites, blogs, and social media content.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence and engage with the online community.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms (SEM).
  • Analyze web traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for senior management.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns and track their performance.
  • Assist in managing the digital marketing budget and ensure spending aligns with strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, product) for cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor digital marketing trends for opportunities.
  • Implement customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Ensure digital marketing efforts comply with brand guidelines and industry regulations.
