• Hands-on experience in formulation, analytics, and stability studies.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and internet-based applications.

• Applicant should have a strong knowledge in email.

• Applicant should have some knowledge about indenting firm.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive, Product Development (PD) to join our dynamic Product Development Department in Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Portfolio Management: Selecting, analyzing, and managing a range of pharmaceutical products for promotion or distribution.

• Market Research: Analyzing market demand, competitors, and pricing to recommend products for import or focus.

• Regulatory Coordination: Working with Regulatory Affairs (RA) to ensure all products comply with local drug regulations.

• Vendor Liaison: Coordinating with international manufacturers or suppliers regarding product technical documents, samples, MOQs, pricing, etc.

• Marketing Strategy: Developing promotional strategies and tools to support field teams or distributors.

• Sales Support: Providing product knowledge, training, and launch materials to sales teams.Promote RLD Products with and find new sources for RLD Products.

• Work with packaging material sources and build business with customers with packing materials.
