Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and oversee manufacturing processes, including line clearance, in-process controls, reconciliation, storage, cleaning, and changeovers, ensuring alignment with planning, guidelines, and SOP for timely production.
Maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices in all production activities.
Prepare SOP, monthly production plan, and other relevant documentation, including ERP-related records
Supervise and provide training to workers, and other production staffs and allocating of manpower for smooth production operation.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly plan for different production lines through analysis of the product stock market demand and sales plan.
To ensure the availability of necessary RMs, PMs through supply chain to execute the plan.
Monitor and report on productivity metrics daily, monthly, and annually.
