• Prepare product marketing plan, manage short term/ long term target setting and achievement.

• Prepare innovate promotional material and promotional ideas

• Maintain product stock and forecast.

• Develop training material and train field forces.

• Manage KOL & frequent market visit and adjustment of plan accordingly

• Co-ordinate CME/Scientific events.

• Co-ordinate different departments like Sales, Production, R&D/ QA/QC/Commercial
