Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Plan, manage, and supervise overall sales operations of the assigned region

  2. To enhance pharmaceutical sales performance, ensure effective doctor promotion, manage sales teams, and expand market coverage to achieve company targets.

  3. Lead, motivate, and control Area/Zonal Sales teams to achieve sales targets

  4. Ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional strategies

  5. Monitor field activities and provide regular guidance to the sales force

  6. Analyze market trends, competitors’ activities, and regional performance

  7. Maintain strong relationships with distributors, key clients, and stakeholders

  8. Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to senior management

  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales standards

  10. Achieving sales targets and implementing plans for market expansion.

  11. Developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

  12. Achieving the Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly sales & Collection target.

  13. Positive Attitude, self-motivated, problem solver with a career-oriented working mindset.

  14. Dealers should be Created in every police station.

  15. Market analysis and collection of information on competitor products.
