Job Responsibilities:
- To prepare all QA related and other concern SOPs and documents according to GMP.
- To perform all IPC related test and activities of tablet, capsule and ointment products
- To sample and collection of all kind of bulk item (s), Retention sample and Finished Product (s) and entry in the respective Log Book.
- Handle Change control, Deviation, CAPA, self-inspection, internal audit, market complain, etc.
- To check the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) & Batch Packaging Records (BPR) before production.
- To Check and compiled Batch History before Finished Product Release.
- Perform all qualification and validation related activities
- Handle all quality risk management (QRM) and quality management system (QMS) related activities.
- Perform Toll manufacturing Activities
- Perform APQR Annual product Quality review.
