• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Training on GMP & GLP

• Hands-on training on pharmaceutical QC testing

• Knowledge of analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, IR)

• Training on QC documentation & data integrity

• Audit & regulatory compliance related training

• 1 to 3 years

• Strong knowledge of GMP & GLP

• Experience in pharmaceutical QC testing

• Operation of HPLC, GC, UV, IR instruments

• Raw material, in-process & finished product analysis

• QC documentation & data integrity management

• Handling OOS, OOT & deviations

• Internal & external audit support

• Good analytical, communication & reporting skills

• Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

• Ensure compliance with cGMP and company quality standards.

• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Prepare, review, and maintain QC-related documentation and reports.

• Perform stability studies and maintain stability data.

• Handle OOS, OOT, deviations, and participate in investigations.

• Ensure proper sample management and retention sample control.

• Support method validation, verification, and transfer activities.

• Ensure laboratory safety and housekeeping.

• Coordinate with QA, Production, and Regulatory Affairs departments.
