Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Content Development
∎ Writing high-quality web contents with consistency for CTBD's website, Social Media post and others as required. Identifies and prioritizes key audience messages developed with cross-functional stakeholders to create website content and present it in a user-friendly manner, consistent with brand standards.
∎ Collaborating with the Marketing team such as Visual Content Developer/Video Editor and Graphic Designer.
∎ Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, drafting & write up, articles, social updates, posters, news, PR, etc.)
∎ Provide content management and daily maintenance of web content, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and subject matter experts to improve digital content.
∎ 2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Social Media Marketing (SMM)
∎ SEO-optimize interactive digital content assets to maximize organic search traffic while also helping drive lead capture and support both paid and organic social engagement.
∎ Website ranking, YouTube channel, LinkedIn
∎ Developing a good network over social media Such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram etc.
∎ Other related copywriting tasks as assigned.
∎ Google analytics
∎ Create monthly SMM content plan.
∎ 3. Lead Generation
∎ Facebook Ad Run
∎ Lead Generation
∎ Campaign wise ROI & Revenue
∎ Lead conversion rate ratio
∎ 4. Ad Hoc :
∎ Additional task assigned by the Top Management of CodersTrust Bangladesh.
∎ Team coordination
Additional Requirements:
∎ Requirements:
∎ Experience: 4 -5 years progressively responsible professional experience in digital content creation with emphasis on SEO content writing, content management, digital marketing and corporate website redesign.
∎ Knowledge: A strong grasp in branding, understand audience mindset & English language
∎ Skill: SEO, Content, Copywriting, Digital Marketing
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be punctual, honest and a team player with a strong sense of ownership & leadership mentality.
∎ Must be a team coordinator in a professional environment.
∎ Assist with creative implementation/new initiative planning.
∎ Must be active on social media and keep up with latest trends
∎ Experience with visual and interactive media (producing and editing video, working with Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of basic HTML, etc.)
∎ Journalistic writing techniques using the AP Style, English grammar, creative writing, composing, and editing informational materials for the public.
∎ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), including a strong ability to communicate complex and technical information.
∎ Preferred Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in Google Adwords & Analytics, Bing Ads, and MS Office.
∎ Adwords/Google Analytics certification.
∎ Passionate understanding of search engine developments and proven analytical ability with applied learning.
∎ Actively participate in special project assignments and team building activities.
