Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate compact digital solutions by designing practical digtial products and service for enriching client experience, build transparency - trust - convenience among clients and increase organizational efficiency
∎ To design digital products and services in a way which will be understandable and convenient for the client as well as the field staffs.

∎ Explore and work on new digital platforms to new clients
∎ Generate new ideas on working for new digital initiatives for the programme
∎ To formulate and work on different products and services which will explore new client segments
∎ To communicate, work and manage different stakeholders within and outside the programme
∎ To ensure all the stakeholders deliver within the agreed timeline of given specifications
∎ Attend conferences, workshops and go to field visits for creating better and practical understanding for ensuring human centric design
∎ Knowledge management of all the activities of the role
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least one year experience on Microfinance operations
∎ Product Development (financial, service), Model design, analysis and project management.
∎ Effective communication skill and community outreach approach
Salary: Negotiable
