Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 40 years
- A minimum of three (3) years of COMMERCIAL solar photovoltaic design experience required.
- Familiar with PVsyst and others related software
- Must have preliminary knowledge about LT panel/substation.
- Adequate knowledge and experience in Auto-CAD, Visio, PowerPoint, Google Sketchup and Microsoft Office.

Role Descriptions/ Job Context:
The Asst. Manager - Design & Optimization for rooftop solar is a full-time , onsite role located in Dhaka. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and optimizing large industrial rooftop solar plants and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
Responsibilities:
Complete system designs for PV modelling projects for Rooftop including shading analysis, mechanical racking plans, specification of BOS location and interconnection details, and labeling.
Using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create electrical single-line diagrams, connection diagrams or panel schedules for solar electrical systems.
Preparing PV layouts, SLD, BOM preparation, 3D project modelling, Structure fabricationdrawings & RFQ preparation.
Doing AC & DC cable sizing, earthing calculation, and string configurations.
