• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.

• Job Location: Sreehatta, Moulavibazar, Sylhet.

• Oversee the erection, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of spinning process machinery from Blow Room to Finishing.

• Manage operation and maintenance of 33/11 kV, 12.5 MVA indoor substations, including BBT and Power Factor Improvement (PFI) systems.

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of air compressors (05 units) to maintain consistent compressed air supply.

• Supervise AC plant operations to maintain required temperature and relative humidity (%RH) on the production floor.

• Monitor and maintain 2.4 MW solar power system to maximize efficiency and energy output.

• Oversee maintenance of 500-ton capacity air conditioning systems (VRF & Split type) for substations and inverter rooms.

• Design and develop electrical panels, substations, and cabling layouts for new installations.

• Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety standards in all operations and maintenance activities.

• Control and monitor departmental budgets for cost efficiency and financial performance.

• Analyze technical problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering projects ensuring timely completion.

• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance schedules are properly implemented to minimize downtime.

• Monitor energy consumption and implement initiatives to improve energy efficiency and cost savings.

• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records, reports, and system logs.

• Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and utility systems.

• Implement automation and modern technologies to improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in utility and electrical areas.
