∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure season and market specific supply of the assigned products.
∎ Prepare business budget of assigned portfolio for achieving top and bottom lines.
∎ Devise appropriate trade marketing strategy for the portfolio in line with the budgets.
∎ Establish contract farming mechanisms for papaya production with the budgets.
∎ Build and maintain liaison with the relevant concerns of institutional customers to generate demand, proper merchandising for sales push.
∎ Visit channel partners and urban farms for product promotion.
∎ Arrange and attend promotional campaign in collaboration with the development partners.
∎ Plan and conduct campaign on sustainable brand building campaigns.
