*** Must be willing to work in BEZA, Mirasari, Chattagram.

*** Experience in switch, socket, or similar plastic injection molding production will be highly preferred.

SQ Group Of Companies produces all types of Electrical Wire & Cables, Transformers, Energy Saving Lights, Accessories, Fan, Concrete & Wooden utility poles and also the leading importer of other electrical accessories. We are looking for young and energetic Production professionals for its sister concern SQ Electricals Ltd. who will be able ensure end product quality with own skill and capabilities efficiently and effectively, he must have to be and does have Leadership Skill, Organization Skill and Problem Solving skill along with Excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency, in depth knowledge in respective field which are extremely useful to succeed in this task.

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities for switch and socket manufacturing lines to achieve production targets.

• Ensure smooth operation of assembly, molding, testing, and packaging processes while maintaining required quality standards.

• Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, and manpower productivity to minimize downtime and wastage.

• Coordinate with Production Planning, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams for uninterrupted production flow.

• Implement and maintain SOPs, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety, electrical, and factory regulations within the production floor.

• Analyze production reports, rejection rates, and machine performance; take corrective and preventive actions.

• Supervise line supervisors, operators, and technicians to ensure discipline, attendance, and operational efficiency.

• Conduct training and skill development programs for production staff.

• Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and maintain control over production losses and inventory.

• Troubleshoot production and process-related issues to maintain product quality and delivery schedules.

• Support new product development, trial production, and process optimization activities.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and performance reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with ISO, quality management systems, and company policies.

• Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams for preventive maintenance and process improvements.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical accessories manufacturing.

• Sound knowledge of plastic and metal production processes.

• Good understanding of production planning and process troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of SAP process management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
